Most M&A events are too big to be useful. You walk in, collect a lanyard, sit through four presentations and leave with a bag of brochures and no new relationship worth having.
Deals in the Cities is the opposite. Thirty invited guests, one room, one short input to give the evening a subject - and then the part that actually matters: talking to people who do what you do, in the same market, at the same level.
The series is hosted jointly by mandaco, the independent platform behind M&A REVIEW and the German M&A community, and fintalent, the talent and execution partner for private equity and corporate M&A. Together we bring two networks into the same room that rarely meet: the people who own the deals, and the people who make them work afterwards.
Private Equity
Partners and Investment Directors from local and pan-European funds — the people deciding what gets bought.
Operating Partners
Portfolio operations leaders who carry the value creation plan once the deal is signed.
Corporate M&A
Heads of M&A and Corporate Development from companies buying in the region.
A European voice
One guest speaker from outside the local market, so the conversation does not stop at the border.
